Waterproof pull-up leather

100% Leather (cow)

Oiled or waxed pull-up leather with a natural worn look which will lighten in colour when stretched. This type of leather will age and appear more ‘lived in’ with use, it scratches easily which is intended. In this case the leather is treated to be waterproof.

Full-grain leather

100% Leather (cow)

Full-grain leather refers to hides that have not been sanded or buffed to remove natural marks on the surface of the hide. The grain remains, resulting in a leather which is strong, durable and breathable. Rather than wearing out, it will develop a patina over time.

Nubuck leather

100% Leather (cow)

Nubuck leather is a first-rate leather that is made from high quality raw hides from cattle. It is made from the outer hide hence more durable than suede, which is made from the inner hide.

Waterproof

100% Leather (pig)

Pig nubuck leather is made from high quality raw hides,
in this case from pigs. It is made from the outer hide hence
more durable than suede, which is made from the inner hide. This pig nubuck has been treated to be waterproof.

Suede

100% Leather (cow)

Suede leather is made from the underside of the skin by splitting it off the upper part of the hide. Because suede does not include the tough exterior skin layer, suede is less durable but softer than standard ("full-grain") leather. It has a velvety surface with a nice nap. The term comes from the French term "gants de Suède", which literally means "Swedish gloves".

Canvas

100% Cotton

Canvas is a plain-woven fabric which historically had been made from hemp but today usually consists of cotton or linen. It is firm with low stretch and very durable but will soften with wear. In this case the pattern is printed onto the surface.
